Jan is the founder of Limestone Advisory Group. With over 25 years of experience in accounting advisory, his deep understanding of the IPO process provides crucial guidance and support to companies through every stage of the listing. Jan has supported initial public offerings (IPOs) in both Frankfurt and New York and has extensive expertise in designing finance function strategies. He has a strong background in setting up and testing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems, as well as optimizing financial processes through post-merger integration (PMI). Prior to founding Limestone Advisory, Jan worked for Rödl & Partner, KPMG and Germany’s Financial Reporting Enforcement Panel (FREP).
